Accurate Electrical Service | Corporate Company Overview

Accurate Electrical Services is a great company focused on superb customer service and unsurpassed workmanship. It was great working with Jeff and his team to create this great company overview video. When Jeff first approached me with the idea of producing some video content for his marketing efforts, he wanted to go with a tutorial-based YouTube strategy. After we did some keyword research and showed him the areas that he could best compete, we all decided it would be best to take a better, more targeted approach.

We shot this video in one day with a small crew and minimal equipment, as Jeff and his team are very busy. This allowed us to gather all of the footage needed for a great video in a very short amount of time, but with results Jeff was very pleased with. We’re looking forward to working on AES’s next video project.

At Accurate Electrical Services, we provide not only electrical services, but we provide a top notch customer service experience for all of our clients. We want them to become raving fans. I am Jeff Seale, the owner of Accurate Electrical Services.

When I called in to Accurate Electric, I was greeted by a very friendly representative who asked a lot of good questions and helped me really think about the job I needed done.

The day of their appointment, we tell them to go about their business. They don’t have to sit home for the whole window of their appointment. We give them a reminder thirty minutes before, that their electrician’s on their way, so they can start heading home.

We start with the customer service, we build the company off of that. My name is Eric Smith and I’m the field supervisor for Accurate Electrical Services.

When the technician arrived, he had an Accurate shirt on so I wasn’t wondering who he was. Clean cut, very respectful. They even put shoe covers on their shoes came into they came into the house. I really appreciated that.

We go to our clients and we treat them as if their family; like when you call our company, you’re getting the type of service that I would give to my grandma.

I actually care more about you as an individual and your happiness, then I do about doing electrical.

They told me the price up front. I was so surprised that their trucks came fully stocked. So they didn’t have to leave and charge me travel time to go get materials. And surprisingly, when the job was done, there were no extras. I am confident that Accurate Electric is honest, tells you what the cost will be, and there are no surprises.

You need somebody you can trust. We just want to be that person you can trust.
