WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
Each month, our team will develop a pre-set number of scripts for you to review. Once approved, we’ll come to your location to shoot all needed video footage on a set time and day of the month. We’ll also capture photos and other content for your social media accounts. We then edit and post videos over the next month on a set schedule, making sure to keep your social feeds filled with your content. We also send you all of the finished files for your archiving. Use them anywhere you’d like.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CHANGE ONE OF THE VIDEOS ONCE THE SCRIPT HAS BEEN APPROVED?
We realize that sometimes things change, or overlooked. Don’t worry. You won’t be stuck with a video that doesn’t work for you. If the mistake was on our end, we’ll fix it immediately. If the mistake was on your end, we’ll still fix it, but will charge a discounted hourly rate. We’re committed to forming genuine relationships with each and every one of our clients, based on mutual trust and respect. Because of this, we’ve even been known to fix a mistake or two for no charge – even if it wasn’t on our end.
We always say that the success of a video starts with the script. This is especially true with project retainers. It is extremely important that our clients read and scrutinize every script we write for them. Once it’s approved, it’s considered correct and will be what we base our videos on.

Video Pre-Production, Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Post Production are of course included in a monthly project retainer. However, we limit the revision process to scripts only. This ensures that we produce content quickly, consistently, and with the same high level of quality we offer with our other services.
